PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a lining film uniform in thickness on the inner surface of a pipe by using an easy structure even when an immediate setting resin is used. SOLUTION: A mix setting resin set immediately by mixing is used for an internal pipe lining device. The pipe lining device is composed of a spray hole and a chamber mixing resins carried in separately. The pipe lining device possesses a spray nozzle 2 circumferentially equipped with a ring member 2A which sets its central position by coming into contact with the inner surface of pipe to be lined and a resin carrying member 3 which is equipped with plural supplying paths to a resin mixing member inside the spray nozzle and united with the spray nozzle. The resin carrying member 3 is equipped with a spiral member 3C coming into contact with the inner surface of a pipe lined by the spray nozzle 2. A revolving movement is created because of the spiral member 3C, when the resin carrying member moves inside the pipe and the spray nozzle 2 is driven into revolution.
