PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a floor squeaking-preventing agent to be employed in a multiple dwelling house such as a condominium or a two-storied dwelling house, which can maintain floor squeaking-preventing effects for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The floor squeaking-preventing agent is obtained by admixing a low-temperature melting organic ingredient having a melting point of not higher than 40 deg.C, a high-temperature melting organic ingredient having a melting point of not lower than 60 deg.C, and a synthetic resin.
