PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo control device for a cargo handling vehicle controlling driving of a cargo handling means of fork or the like at a low cost. SOLUTION: When a switch for fork rising is turned on (S1 YES), in the case of counting a prescribed reference value or more of drive time of an oil hydraulic pump by a timer counter (S2 YES), the oil hydraulic pump is forcedly stopped (S5), the fork rising is stopped. In this condition, a step is returned to the step S1, in the case of judging the switch for fork rising turned off (S1 NO), counting of drive time by the timer counter is cleared (S6), a forcedly stopped condition of the oil hydraulic pump is released, it is placed in a drivable condition.
