PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and an aerosol composition for an external skin preparation that inhibits reduction of urine content in water base solution and can give a good feeling after use. SOLUTION: This composition for an external skin preparation includes urine, urine decomposition inhibitor of amino acids, fatty acid ester and water, while this aerosol composition for external skin preparation comprises of a propellant and a base solution including urine, urine decomposition inhibitor of amino acids, fatty acid ester and water.
