PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of simply and certainly processing a wire material so as to have a desired wire diameter or a cross-sectional shape, capable of manufacturing a coil-shaped resin product having a pitch same to that of a guide groove simply, certainly and continuously, suitable for mass production and capable of efficiently obtaining the desired coil-shaped resin product. SOLUTION: A wire material made of a synthetic resin is continuously supplied by a supply means to be processed by an appropriate processing means utilizing a molding roller 1 so as to have a desired wire diameter or a desired cross-sectional shape. The processed wire material is wound around the spiral guide groove 16 of an interchangeablly mounted winding molding shaft 15 and successivly taken up by the rotation of the winding molding shaft 15 by a drive means. The taken-up wire material is successively fed out toward the leading end of the winding molding shaft 15 along the guide groove to be molded into an almost coil shape coinciding with the guide groove 16.
