WIRE SAW, CUTTING DEVICE USING IT AND CUTTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire saw capable of extending a term to use for cutting, improving a property of silence by reducing noise during cutting of a cut object and preventing twisting of a blade body due to intermittent cutting, a cutting device using it and a cutting method. SOLUTION: The wire saw A is constituted so that a spiral blade body main body 31 holds an interval between cylindrical blade bodies 20 as a spring spacer by forming an abrasive grain layer for cutting on an outer periphery of a metal wire 10 having flexibility, providing a large number of the tubular cylindrical edge bodies 20, 20,... with the constant intervals on the wire 10 and respectively fitting the helical spiral edge bodies 30 on which abrasive grains W for cutting are fastened on the spiral edge body main bodies 31 between the two adjacent cylindrical edge bodies 20, 20.
