PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid collision with articles arranged under rear end of a load- carrying platform at the time of tilting the load-carrying platform. SOLUTION: This rearpart rush preventing device for a platform tilting vehicle comprises: guide cylinders 11, 11 extending along a horizontal direction; supporting rods 13, 13 sliding and guided by the guide cylinders 11, 11; a bumper 14 fixed between rear end portions of the supporting rods 13, 13; a connecting rod 15 fixed between front end portions of the guide cylinders; a bumper jack 16 connected to the connecting rod 15 and the bumper 14; outer through-holes for lock 11h, 11h formed respectively in both side walls of the guide cylinders 11, 11; inner through-holes for lock 13h, 13h formed in each of the supporting rods 13, 13; a lock member 17 passing through/pulled off the outer through-holes for lock 11h, 11h and the corresponding inner through-holes for lock 13h, 13h; a lock jack 19 connected to the supporting rods 11, 11 and the lock member.
