摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable coating material composition whereby a coating film with long potlife, improved workability, high level balance of acid resistance and excoriation resistance and excellent flexibility an adhesion in recoating is obtained even if it is an isocyanate curable system. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition contains, as essential components, (A) 0.5-80 pts.wt. acrylic polyol resin obtained by using a low-lactone modified hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylic ester composition wherein the ratio of a monomer having 2 or more lactone chains (n>=2) is less than 50% and which is obtained by the formula: RCH=CR1COO(CR2R3)jOH+n(lactone)→RCH=CR1COO(CR2 R3)jO(CO(CR4R5)x)n-H [wherein R, R1, R2 and R3 are independently H or CH3; (j) is an integer of 2-6; R4 and R5 of each xn pieces are independently H or a 1-12C alkyl; (x) is 4-7; (n) is 0 or an integer of 1 or above; the average value of (n) in the composition is 0.3 or more and less than 1.0] and (B) 0.5-50 pts.wt. polyisocyanate compound.
