PURPOSE: A system for managing a transaction and a method for managing the same are provided to manage details of an order and a decision related to the order of a commodity automatically, and process a division order simply. CONSTITUTION: An order generation unit(101) issues an order sheet in accordance with a commodity purchase. A storing checking unit(102) is linked with a warehouse(120) for performing storage of a purchased commodity and checks a space in the warehouse(120) and information with respect to a commodity being stored in the warehouse(120). A database(103) stores the information. An order receiving unit(201) receives a purchase order sheet issued from the order generation unit(101). An error processing unit(202) checks contents of the received order and searches an error. An order decision unit(203) performs a decision of an order having no error or a modified order. A database(204) including an order information storing unit(204a) and a commodity information storing unit(204b) stores information of each portion and the commodity. In addition, an error reporting unit(205), a division order processing unit(206), and a control unit(207) are provided. The division order processing unit(206) is connected to warehouse(220) for storing stored goods and linked with a forwarding confirmation unit(208) for checking a forwarding of a corresponding commodity amount with respect to a division order.
