PURPOSE: A circuit for outputting a microphone signal and an acoustic signal is provided to compensate a phase of an intermediate sound band and emphasize and process acoustic signals with high sound and low band bands. CONSTITUTION: An audio signal emphasis circuit unit(A) maintains an acoustic signal from an acoustic device, a Noraebang(karaoke), or an electronic device as a phase of an intermediate sound band, emphasizes the intermediate band, and outputs the acoustic signal to the outside. A microphone acoustic signal output circuit unit(B) adds a delayed reverberation to an acoustic signal inputted from a microphone, controls a high sound and a low sound, and outputs the acoustic signal to the outside.
