SLIDING GUIDE

PURPOSE: A sliding guide is provided to prevent deformation of appearance by putting intact products in the box in refilling liquid and powder products sealed with resin film, and to increase working efficiency by applying to various products in modifying the size and the shape. CONSTITUTION: A sliding guide(10) is composed of a taper sliding plate(11); a guide wall forming both sides of the sliding plate; a guide sensor installed in the guide wall; a cylinder(12) fastened in a fixing plate(16) in the lower part of the sliding plate; and a guide plate(14) connected to a piston fixing plate(17) by two fixing nuts, and reciprocated in the lower part of the sliding plate according to motion of a piston(13). Deformation of appearance is reduced with injecting products by remaining intact in packing liquid and power products in the resin film. The volume of the box is reduced with preventing contents from leaning downward. Working efficiency is improved with simplifying the structure.
