World-Wide-Web Vending Machines(TM) is a network of vending machines of electronic information. The vending machine members are linked by wire, cable and wireless. Each member comprises receiving, memory, displaying and disseminating units to receive, store, manipulate, retrieve, display and dispense electronic, electronically transformed and electronically stored information. Each member comprises a receiving unit which receives information from various sources, software unit to selectively manipulate subsets of information. It comprises a viewing screen to display information and a disseminating unit to transmit, transfer and beam information. It comprises a printer and a binding device for making copy. Moreover, the invention provides a method of disseminating electronic, electronically transformed and stored information by a network of vending machines.
