A process for the after-treatment of three dimensional objects produced by stereolithography, comprises: (1) forming solid polymer material by UV or laser irradiation of liquid monomers or oligomers of acrylates, with epoxide or other chemically reactive substances; and (2) placing the object in a dye composed of acidic or cationic dyes for 1-5 hours. The dye is at 40-70 deg C and atmospheric pressure.
