Distributed wind energy and ventilation plant for integration into building, exploits wind-induced under- and over-pressures in and around it, using interconnecting ductwork

Under- and over-pressure regions generated in and around buildings by wind, are interconnected by cavities (1) forming ductwork. Ducts run horizontally at the floor and loft levels (2, 3), connecting all four external sides of the building. The ducts connect with further chimney-shafts terminating at external openings in the roof. All external duct openings include flap valves (6) and generators (7).
