PURPOSE: A polyvinyl chloride carpet tile using carbon black and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the feeling of walking and an acoustic adsorption function by endowing a product with conductivity, and to prevent the operation failure of electronic equipment in the scene of labor. CONSTITUTION: The polyvinyl chloride carpet tile, that conductivity is applied to the whole portion of a product, is comprised of a polyvinyl chloride resin sol layer(1) containing carbon black, a glass fiber layer(3), the polyvinyl chloride resin sol layer containing carbon black, a non-woven fabric layer(4), and a fiber layer(5) formed by weaving raw thread containing carbon fiber, which are laminated successively from the bottom.
