PURPOSE: A joint device of a tire bead filler is provided to automatically carry out the work for attaching a filler to a bead with a uniform working force by using a gripper part. CONSTITUTION: A joint device of a tire bead filler includes a slider(3) moving to and fro along a guide rod(2) of a base(1), and a gripper(5) mounted to a fixing frame(4) of the slider, wherein the gripper part includes filler compression bites(6), control blocks(7) for controlling the filler compression bites, a chucking cylinder(8) for compressing the bites, and a proximity cylinder(9) for approaching the bites to a filler(101).
