PURPOSE: A system for monitoring and reducing electric power is provided to reduce the dissipation of energy by exactly measuring a used electric power and providing electric power based on the measured electric power. CONSTITUTION: Plural power data detecting units(10) include a potential transformer(12) and an ammeter(14) for measuring power data, and a data conversion transmission unit for converting the data measured by the potential transformer(12) and the ammeter(14) to transmit it. A sequencer(20) is connected to the respective detecting units(10), receives the power data transmitted from the detecting units(10), and includes a power data control unit(22) and a power supply control unit(24). A power monitor unit(40) is connected to the sequencer(20), analyzes the power data by data-mining, and monitors used power.
