PURPOSE: A cathode-ray tube having an electron beam controller is provided to eliminate a defect due to the fact that a distance between a conductor track and an aluminum layer is short and a high electrostatic capacity is formed there, and that a time constant of electron for deciding a signal for electron beam control is increased. CONSTITUTION: In the cathode-ray tube, the position of electron beams is decided by the fact that the conductor tracks(12,13) are arranged between individual fluorescent material strips of segmented fluorescent material layer(11). In order to evade interference to the decision of the position of the electron beams, the conductor tracks(12,13) are installed on an insulation strip(15).
