PURPOSE: A lamp installation apparatus of a microwave oven is provided to repair a lamp conveniently and simply, and to improve endurance by assembling or disassembling a lamp cover with an installation bracket without additional tools. CONSTITUTION: A lamp installation device of a microwave oven is composed of an installation bracket(30) mounted in an upper plate of a cavity, and connected to a cooking chamber; a lamp cover(40) having a lamp(50) illuminating the cooking chamber through a lamp through hole, and shutting off and reflecting light of the lamp; and an elastic assembling part assembling the lamp cover with the installation bracket elastically. First and second fitting pieces(34) are formed in the installation bracket, and first and second assembling pieces are formed in the lamp cover. Insertion guide pieces(38) are protruded in the installation bracket to guide the installation position of the lamp cover, and insertion slots are formed in the lamp cover. The lamp is repaired conveniently with mounting and separating the lamp cover from the installation bracket simply.
