The cart comprises a floor part, an upper frame part (4), a flexible side wall (6) extending around the cart between the floor and upper frame parts, and two U-shaped struts (1) pivotally connected to both ends of the upper frame part. For transporting goods the struts are unfolded so that they are supported against the floor, and when the cart is not in use they can be collapsed so that they and the upper frame part rest against the floor.
