PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving gear for a movable type windshield simplifying mounting and capable of always smoothly maintaining movement of the windshield. SOLUTION: In this driving gear 1 for a movable type windshield, driving a motor 2a to vertically move the windshield relating to a motorcycle body, the driving gear 1 comprises a single feed screw 3 rotated by driving the motor 2a, a guide shaft 4 arranged to extend almost in parallel to the feed screw 3, and a mounting member 5 mounted in the feed screw 3 and the guide shaft 4 so as to be movable while guided thereby, when the feed screw 3 is rotated, to be additionally connected to the wind screen.
