PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a footprint of a printer for a POS terminal, to enhance a unity with the POS terminal and to facilitate replacement of a continuous sheet or main maintenance for the printer. SOLUTION: The printer comprises a printer body 24 to be placed at a bottom section of the POS terminal 11 in a piled condition and a drawer body 25 which can be drawn to one side from the printer body 24. The printer body 24 is equipped with supporting sections 10a-10d for supporting the bottom section of the POS terminal 11, a paper discharge hole 17a for discharging a printed roll paper P from the front face of the printer body 24 and a cutter 23 for cutting the roll paper P discharged from the paper discharge hole 17a to be separated therefrom. The drawer body 25 is equipped with a housing section 18 for housing the roll paper P to be printed, a print head 21 for printing on the roll paper P and a feed roller 22 for feeding the roll paper P toward the cutter 23. |
