PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a instant food container into which hot water is poured and drained out after a predetermined period of time when taking the food housed in the container and which has sealability, safety and rapidity in draining hot water and is easy to form a draining port for hot water (easy opening property) and easily disposed of. SOLUTION: The instant food container with hot water draining function comprises a container body for storing instant food or the like which is opened at the upper surface and is provided with an externally protruding mouth edge part on the upper end and a seal lid which is shaped almost the same as the container body and easily peelable. This instant food container is manufactured by heat-sealing the seal lid on the mouth edge part of the container body. A fluid introducing part is provided between the inner edge of the mouth edge part an the side wall of the container body at one corner of the container body and the bottom of the fluid introducing part is formed in a lower position than a top surface of the mouth edge part. A plurality of hole dripping hot water are set on an area which covers the fluid introducing part of the seal lid, and the holes for dripping hot water are covered with a tuck seal which is peelable together with the seal lid.
