PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfume-containing tool with excellent persistence of fragrance, hardly deformed during use, easy to handle without no sticky feeling of the surface, and capable of easily providing a desired fragrance intensity. SOLUTION: This perfume-containing tool is formed of a hydrophilic polyurethane foamed body 111 foamed and molded with a perfume being mixed therein. The density in the surface of the foamed body is higher than that in the internal center of the foamed body.
