PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for an automobile in which appearance is improved and cost is decreased by excluding a side cover for hiding a reclining device. SOLUTION: An arm cover pad 17 is integrally molded with a seat cushion pad on the back side of a pad side on the reclining device 14 side and the outside face 24 of a seat cushion hinge arm 21 of the reclining device 14 and the apex 25 of the arm are covered by the arm cover pad 17, and a trim cover 18 is extended to the arm cover pad 17 and is covered on the seat cushion pad and the arm cover pad 17 is lain along the outer periphery of the apex 25 of the arm by a part 19 covering the arm cover pad 17 and the outer periphery of the arm cover pad 17 is covered therewith and is sewn together.
