PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a colored fibrous structure having an excellent touch feeling such as softness, lightweight feeling or bulkiness and further a fiber assembly capable of providing the fibrous structure and to provide a method for producing the fiber assembly. SOLUTION: This fiber assembly comprises a colored sparingly water-soluble fiber A and a water-soluble fiber B having <=75 deg.C dissolving temperature T in water and <=40% maximum shrinkage percentage during dissolving in a mass ratio of the fiber A/fiber B within the range of (40/60) to (97/3).
