PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of changing a sheet or the like as a person to be cared or the like remains lying without feeling uncomfortable, and care clothes changeable as the person to be cared remains lying. SOLUTION: This changing device for sheet or the like 50 allowing the change of the sheet or the like as the person to be cared remains lying comprises a guide part 20 formed of a pair of side plates 10 and 11 arranged opposite to each other so as to laterally nip a bed 70, a sheet-like core material both sides fixed to the side plates 10 and 11, respectively, and a belt 22 rotatably wound on the core material to laying the sheet while moving the back side of the person to be cared; a pair of winding rolls 30 and 31 for winding either one of a new sheet before use and the used sheet, respectively, arranged opposite to each other under the guide part 20 in the longitudinal direction of the bed 70 so as to form a clearance between the upper end of the wound sheet and the lower end of the guide part 20 and supported by the side plates 10 and 11; and rotation driving means 36 and 37 for the winding rolls 30 and 31 provided on at least one of the winding rolls 30 and 31. |
