PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which is excellent in draw down performance in blow molding, balance of properties such as external appearance, thermostability, impact resistance, etc., in a blow-molded article, painting performance in a subsequent process and recyclability, and a blow- molded article composed by blow-molding the thermoplastic resin composition. SOLUTION: A rubber-containing graft copolymer (A) is composed by graft- copolymerizing an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinylcyanide monomer to a rubbery polymer. A vinyl copolymer (B) is composed by copolymerizing an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinylcyanide monomer and a maleimide compound. A mixture of (A) and (B) contains a 10-30 wt.% rubbery polymer and a 5-30 wt.% maleimide compound. The thermoplastic resin composition is composed by compounding a high molecular weight complex (C) of 1-10 pts.wt. to the mixture of 100 pts.wt. The blow-molded article is formed by blow-molding the resin composition.
