PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength and high friction resistant material which is excellent in workability since the curing characteristic is improved in a short time to cope with a heavy traffic condition. SOLUTION: After early strengthen cement is added into an asphalt emulsion. and mixed together to make them milky, then the mixture and aggregate are kneaded together as a feature in the manufacturing method of a high strength cold repairing material for paving face.
