<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an excellent laser beam machining where fine particles contained in smoke generated from a machining part are deposited not to fall on a sheet. SOLUTION: The apparatus for performing the laser beam machining is an apparatus for radiating the laser beam 2 to a sheet (6) continuously moving in a predetermined direction for machining. A laser beam source which supplies a laser beam, an optical guide part (12) for guiding the laser beam onto a sheet, and a smoke removing means (13-18) for sucking and removing smoke generated at a radiation of the laser beam are provided. The smoke sucking and removing means is provided with depositing parts 13, 14 for depositing fine particles contained in the smoke to prevent them from falling on the sheet.</p> |
