PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an out-vehicle tent for an automobile, which does not include a skeleton, can be housed in an business-case-type in-vehicle portable toilet or the like, allows setting of a temporary dressing room or a toilet in a triangular space defined when a door of any type of automobile is opened, easily, safely, and in a manner resisting the wind, and is available as an indispensable item for an outdoor activity such as fishing, and outdoor work, or in an emergency such as congestion due to a traffic accident and disaster occurrence, if always mounted in the automobile. SOLUTION: The out-vehicle tent for the automobile is constructed as follows. Triangular prismatic wall surfaces made of a sheet material are formed in the space defined when the door of the automobile is opened, and the wall surfaces are tensely stretched and stuck to a chassis via a string by means of suckers. Then, an entrance port is formed and a roof formed of the sheet material is erected like a triangular pyramid by means of supports of an air bag or suspension rods. Further, lower edges of the tent are stuck to the ground by means of foldable retaining materials.
