<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for manufacturing a nozzle plate of an ink jet head excellent in ejection performance which has configuration wherein an ink meniscus is stably formed, and a nozzle hole capable of preventing air bubbles from intruding into an ink channel, without using a multi-stage processing or a complicated optical processing. SOLUTION: The ink jet head is manufactured through a process for forming a taper in the nozzle hole using the light path of laser beam to be converged optically and dually through a mask having a hole shape pattern at the ink channel side and a mask having a hole shape pattern at the ink ejection side, which are arranged in order from a light source for drilling a nozzle hole into the nozzle plate by means of a laser.</p> |
