PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque clutch for screw fastening capable of preventing damaging a screw or a threaded hole. SOLUTION: This torque clutch for screw fastening is provided with a drive bodies 1, 2, 5 driven by a motor and driven bodies 3, 4, 10 to which revolution of the drive bodies 1, 2, 5 is transmitted, and has a tool 11 attached on the tips of the driven bodies 3, 4, 10 to fasten a screw. A clutch member 6, 7, 9 turning on and off transmission of driving force by a spring means 8 with the drive bodies 1, 2, 5 and pins 9, 10 provided on each with the driven bodies 3, 4, 10 is provided between the driving bodies 1, 2, 5 and the driven bodies 3, 4, 10.
