SOLUTION: An arm cover 5, which is installed on an arm insertion hole 4 provided on a front surface of a surrounding body 1 constituting a blast chamber and extends into the blast chamber, is equipped with an upper arm part 6 and a lower arm part 8 made of a hard cylindrical material respectively, and a plastic elbow part 7.
