PURPOSE: An NE(Network Elements) system and a method for controlling the same are provided to install a special server having a database between an NE system and a PC without the necessity of installing a database for each PC. CONSTITUTION: If an NE user transfers information to a server through the NE(41), the server stores the received information in its internal database and judges whether the received information is a command requested by the user or a procedure necessary for the user(43). Afterwards, in case that the user requests the server to transfer desired information(44), the server classifies requested items and transfers them to the user(45).
