PURPOSE: A method for supplying customized learning plan and test is provided to enable a learner to adjust a learning plan by oneself and to learn according to one's ability by providing a recommended learning plan and an item pool according to a degree of difficulty on a web server and selecting a learning time and a learning amount. CONSTITUTION: If a user client requests a member registration and log-in, the client receives a service using right and a learning plan is supplied to the client(learner). If the learner requests a change of a learning schedule of the learning plan, the learning plan is changed and a customizing learning plan is created. If the learner wishes to learn in the learning schedule, learning contents of a corresponding course are supplied to the learner and a question is suggested to the learner for estimating the learning contents. If the learner inputs an answer with respect to the corresponding question, the answer is marked and a level of the learner is estimated. If a learning amount of the corresponding course is more than a set level, a question having a degree of difficulty in accordance with a level of the learner is suggested to the learner, and a customizing learning is performed.
