PURPOSE: A folding type portable mini motorcycle is provided to prevent an accident by preventing the random folding of a motorcycle and to make a user conveniently use and keep the motorcycle regardless of a place. CONSTITUTION: An upper connecting member and a lower connecting member are formed on the lower end portion of a handle shaft and the upper end portion of a fixed support pipe. A hinge bolt is connected with hinges. Thus, a folding device(12a) is mounted. A locking recess is formed on the inner side of the upper connecting member, and a locking block having a locking pin guide slope is formed at a lower portion of the locking recess. A locking pin operating block having a locking pin insertion recess is formed on the lower connecting member. Fixing jaws are connected with fixing bolts to firmly hold the inner sides of the handle shaft and the fixed support pipe. A cushion chair(C) is mounted. Another folding device(12b) is installed at a lower portion of a chair pillar.
