PURPOSE: To provide a disposable wearing article that can tighten the leg regions of a wearer by means of a sufficient elongation stress on a third elastic member extending between a first and a second elastic member. CONSTITUTION: In the disposable wearing article 1A, the first elastic member 11 has first longitudinally extending opposite side portions 11a and a first middle portion 11b crossing a crotch region 31, the second elastic member 12 has second longitudinally extending opposite side portions 12a and a second middle portion 12b crossing the crotch region 31, and the third elastic members 13 each have a first connection portion 13a extending in a convergent relation to the first opposite side portions 11a and a second connection portion 11b extending in a convergent relation to the second opposite side portions 12a.
