PURPOSE: A device for inputting/outputting data is provided to process data of a parallel processor simultaneously while data of a master processing device are inputted or outputted using a triple buffer memory. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of parallel processors(40) processes transmitted data and accesses data of other parallel processor through a transposition network. A master processor(30) outputs data being inputted from an external memory(20) to the parallel processors(40), decides a priority of data being inputted from the parallel processors(40), and transmits the data to the external memory(20). The parallel processors(40) includes a plurality of buffer memories for storing input data of a corresponding parallel processor, an algorithm for processing data, and output data trebly. The master processor(30) stores data to be processed in a predetermined area of each buffer memory in advance while each parallel processor processes data.
