PURPOSE: A decorative icicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify the process of manufacture, thus reducing the cost of manufacture. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the decorative icicle comprises the steps of; cutting a transparent plate made of synthetic resin into the profile of a desired icicle; cutting and grinding the outer surface of the cut transparent plate; coating a transparent synthetic resin to the outer surface of the formed icicle; hardening the coated icicle by heating it at a temperature of 40 to 70deg.C in a tank charged with nitrogen gas; and secondarily hardening the icicle by heating it at a temperature of 110 to 130deg.C.
