PURPOSE: A piston valve of a shock absorber at a low speed is provided to improve extension-damping force without a servo valve at the low speed of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A piston valve for a shock absorber at a low speed comprises a body(11) fixed on a piston rod(R); a plural extending and compressing orifices(11a,11b) arranged on the body; an intake valve closing the compressing orifice; a slot communicating the extending orifice by being mounted on the intake valve; an intake spring(13) applying elasticity with a retainer(13a); a supporting plate(14) combined to the piston rod; a disk assembly(15) closing the extending orifice by being installed on a lower portion of the body; a first orifice disk(16) contacting to a lower face of the body; a slit disk(18) contacted to a retainer(20); a second orifice disk(17) contacting to an upper face of the slit disk; and plural spring disk(19) arranged between the first and second orifice disks.
