PURPOSE: A rolling preventive strut assembly of a vehicle is provided to reduce the weight of a stabilizer by restricting rolling in turning the vehicle efficiently without installing an additional stabilizer in the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An upper part of a piston rod of a shock absorber(1) is connected to a vehicle body, and a lower part of the shock absorber is connected to a knuckle(3). The shock absorber is supported not to turn around the vehicle body, and the knuckle is supported to turn in the lower part of the shock absorber. A base valve(5) is placed in the lower part of the shock absorber, and fixed in a cylinder(7). The base valve is composed of a fixed valve plate(11) including plural first oil passages(9), and a rotary valve plate(15) including plural second oil passages(13) turned in the shock absorber in rotating the knuckle. Rolling is restricted with adjusting damping force of the shock absorber according to rotation of the knuckle.
