MOLD FOR CURING BLADDER

PURPOSE: A bladder curing mold is provided to expand the life span of a bladder by uniformly forming a gauge of the bladder and to remove burrs from the bladder by improving the structure of a core mold. CONSTITUTION: A core mold(1) is provided to form an inner portion of a bladder(3). An outer mold is provided to form an outer portion of the bladder(3). A core adapter(10) is installed at an upper portion of the core mold(1) so as to form a coupling end(30) of the bladder(3). An end(11) of the core adapter(10) is positioned at a front of the coupling end(30) of the bladder(3). A parting section is formed by inclining the core mold(1) and the core adapter(10). Rubber solution is introduced into a space formed between the outer mold and the core mold(1) so as to form the bladder(3). At this time, the parting section formed between the core mold(1) and the core adapter(10) is positioned at the front of the coupling end(30), so the burrs are not formed in the bladder(3).
