CORE STRUCTURE OF SERIAL REACTOR FOR CONDENSER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A core structure of a serial reactor for a condenser and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce noise and core loss without punching a hole for a bolt through a core piece cut from raw material. CONSTITUTION: A core structure of a serial reactor for a condenser comprises a core element(30) having core wads(2) of core pieces(10) and insulating caps(40), support elements(50), and tapes(60). The core pieces(10) are formed as rectangular plates from wound raw material. The core wads(2) are formed by closely adhering the core pieces(10). The core element(30) is formed by vertically arranging the core wads with an interval. The insulating caps(40) are inserted between the core wads. The support elements(50) are adhered at both sides of the core element(30) and fixed by the tapes(60). The tapes(60) are resin glass tapes. The tapes(60) are wound around the core element(30) and the support elements(50) several times.
