<p>The invention relates to a method and communication system comprising at least one transmitting device using transmit diversity, and at least one receiving device such as a mobile station. The receiving device has a processing means for sequentially generating feedback signals to be transmitted to the transmitting device in order to influence the transmission of signals from the transmitting device. The processing means is adapted to process the received signals by employing algorithms corresponding to phase rotations and/or power adjustment, and to calculate the feedback signal. The processing means furthermore determines transmit weights to be sent to the transmitting device.</p> |
