PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a message including an advertisement is provided to enhance an advertising effect by making an extracted image be displayed on a margin of a screen in case that a user searches and selects a message out of a plurality of characters, voices, or image messages registered on a server computer by a system manager and speaking over the telephone to other terminal user through a picture mobile telephone. CONSTITUTION: A system manager registers and stores an advertisement message in a server computer. A terminal user of a picture mobile phone connects to the server computer through a telephone network or an Internet network, and selects and downloads an advertisement message to be transmitted to other terminal users. If the terminal user is connected for speaking over the telephone to other terminal using a picture mobile phone, the downloaded advertisement message is transmitted and displayed on a screen.
