PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for the real-time network information service are provided for a user to get the high-quality network information needing the preprocessing in real time. CONSTITUTION: The network information is prefetched through the network according to a list of a data resource location, like the book mark of the internet(10). A preprocessor makes a DB out of the preprocessed result among the prefetched network information(12). When the user requests the network information, the preprocessed network information is provided to the user through the second information provision unit or preprocessor(14).
