The invention relates to stable, aqueous preparations that contain selected substances, adapted to condition the surfaces treated therewith in such a manner that said surfaces can be more easily cleaned later on using conventional substances than identical surfaces that have not been treated with the claimed preparations. The invention further relates to corresponding cleaning methods and to a cleaning preparation.
