FILE SECURITY SYSTEM, FILE PREPARATION DEVICE, FILE OUTPUT DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FILE SECURITY CONTROL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform security control also for data read from a database. SOLUTION: A file preparation device 20 embeds authentication data in a file in the case of filing the data read from the database. A file display device 30 sends the embedded authentication data to a data management device 10, which performs authentication by collating the sent authentication data with authentication data stored inside and returns the result of authentication to the device 30. The device 30 decides the propriety of displaying of the filed data based on the result of authentication.
