PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stably demodulation for a magnetic recorded medium 11 with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This modulating method of magnetic recording data is constituted in such a manner that the speed fluctuation component of the magnetic recording medium is removed from original detected data of peak interval by subjecting the original detected data of peak interval to normalizing processing and the magnetic data information of the magnetic recording medium is quickly and precisely demodulated on the basis of the normalized data.
